The cruise radio news briefs for week of June 6, 2024 include interviews with: The captain of Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Seas who is on the maiden voyage from Norfolk, VA to Shanghai, China. The cruise director of Disney’s Magic of the Seas who is on the maiden voyage from Orlando, FL to New York, NY. The captain of Celebrity Cruises’ Seven Seas Mariner from Tampa, FL to Miami, FL. The cruise director of Carnival’s Valor from Norfolk, VA to Shanghai, China. The cruise director of Norwegian’s Norwegian Jade from Tampa, FL to Miami, FL.
There is not much to report this week, since the May cruises were the only ones scheduled. The reason is that the weather will not be cooperating with the ships, and it is forecast to be near 80 degrees during the week. The good news is that the June cruises will begin on June 14th, so we should have plenty to report for the rest of the month.
Ship your luggage on board the ship, sign up for the cruise, and relax while embarking on a new life adventure. The amount of excitement you’ll feel as you depart on that first sailing will be unmatched, but your road to adventure will be filled with many unexpected twists and turns.
